Our gaming cables in the test
Here we show you six exciting test results in which our brand new gaming cable was tested directly against another. The results speak for themselves: our “New Game” HDMI cables really do make a difference.

The eye diagram shows the general quality of the cable or the signal that comes out at the end of the measurement. The wider the eye is open in the middle, the better the signal or cable.
Our Oehlbach gaming cable (left) was tested here against one of the console HDMI cables supplied (right).
The second measurement was about attenuation.
The diagram shows the attenuation of the individual data lines in the cable in dB over the frequency. The higher the frequency, the higher the data rate in the cable. The higher the curves are above the blue box, the less loss occurs in the cable.
In summary, the diagram shows the attenuation in the cable as a function of the current data rate. 12Ghz stands for 48Gbps of an HDMI 2.1b cable.
